Cushioned crew socks with the LGH chevron embroidered on the outside of each ankle. They're soft, comfortable and made in the USA, built for long days at the field and the drive home after.

They're training gear, too. Roll a pair into a sock ball and you've got the soft ball the program uses for Brave Hands work, where young goalies learn to keep their eyes open and step toward the ball instead of flinching. Sock balls are also great for juggling and quick-hands catching indoors, where a lacrosse ball doesn't belong.

How to make a sock ball:

  1. Lay the two socks flat, one on top of the other.
  2. Roll them up tightly, starting at the toes.
  3. Pull the outer sock's cuff back over the roll to hold it together.
