Cancellation policy

The LAX Goalie Hub training program is sold as a subscription. This page explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work.

How the subscription is billed

You choose one of two plans at checkout: $29 billed every month, or $290 billed every year. Whichever you choose, the subscription renews automatically at that same interval and price until you cancel, and your payment method is charged on each renewal.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us. Log in to your account, open your subscription, and choose to cancel. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Canceling stops all future charges. Access to the program continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. Time already paid for is not prorated or refunded.

If you cannot get into your account, email coach@laxgoaliehub.com and we will cancel it for you.

Refunds

Because access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, payments that have already been taken are not refunded. If something has gone wrong — a double charge, a charge after you canceled, the wrong amount — email coach@laxgoaliehub.com and we will put it right. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and email you. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription is paused and access stops until the payment goes through.

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you want to.
