Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the LAX Goalie Hub website and the daily goalie training program sold through it. By creating an account or buying a subscription, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can buy and who can use it

The program is written for lacrosse goalies in grades 3 through 12. Many of those athletes are under 18.

Accounts must be created and held by an adult - a parent or legal guardian - who is at least 18 years old. If the athlete using the program is under 18, the parent or guardian who holds the account is responsible for the athlete's use of it, for supervising the training, and for everything done under the account. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for any activity under your account.

2. What the subscription includes

A subscription covers one goalie. An active subscription gives that athlete the daily training program: a workout for each day, written for their age, level and point in the season, along with the weekly materials we send by email. Each additional goalie needs their own subscription, including a second goalie in the same home.

The program is training guidance. It is not coaching supervision, it is not a guarantee of athletic results, playing time, or recruitment, and it does not replace a coach, a trainer, or a medical professional.

We may add to, change, or discontinue parts of the program as it develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you and you may cancel.

3. Health, safety and assumption of risk

Read this section carefully. Lacrosse and physical training carry a risk of injury.

Before starting this or any training program, the athlete should be cleared for physical activity by a physician, particularly if they have an existing injury, condition, or symptom. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if pain, dizziness, or any other warning sign appears during a session.

Younger athletes should train under adult supervision. The parent or guardian holding the account is responsible for deciding whether a given session is appropriate for their athlete, for adjusting or skipping anything that is not, and for the environment the athlete trains in.

By using the program you accept these risks on behalf of yourself and the athlete, and you agree that LAX Goalie Hub is not liable for injury arising from participation.

4. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance - $29 each month, or $290 each year - and renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future payments; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies.

5. What you may and may not do with the content

Everything in the program - workouts, progressions, written material, images and video - belongs to LAX Goalie Hub and is protected by copyright.

While your subscription is active, you may use the content for the personal, non-commercial training of the goalie that subscription covers. You may print or save material for that purpose, and as the account holder you may of course read it yourself.

You may not share your account, your login, or the emails we send you with another athlete - including a goalie in your own home, who needs their own subscription; republish, post, or distribute the content anywhere; use it to train other people's athletes, teams, clubs, or clients, or in any paid or commercial coaching setting; or copy it into a competing product. Team, club and organization use requires a separate written agreement - email us.

We may suspend or close an account that is sharing content or credentials with an athlete the subscription does not cover, without a refund.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the site; do not scrape it or use automated tools to harvest content; do not impersonate anyone; and do not use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Email

An active subscription includes program emails - the daily and weekly training material and account notices. These are part of the service. Marketing emails are separate and you can unsubscribe from them at any time without affecting your subscription.

8. Availability

We work to keep the program available every day, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and problems at our hosting or payment providers can interrupt service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the program will produce any particular improvement in performance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAX Goalie Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAX Goalie Hub and its owners from claims arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Sections 3, 5, and 9 through 11 survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and, for material changes, email account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
