Billing, cancelling, a grade that needs changing, or a morning session that did not arrive. Most of it you can do yourself in your account in about two taps — and if the emails have stopped, tell me and I will look at the send log rather than guess.
You are thinking about joining
Ask anything. Before you do, a full week of the program is free to read at whichever grade you are considering — all seven days, no email address, nothing held back. It answers most of what people write in to ask.
A team, club or school
A subscription covers one goalie, so a group needs its own arrangement rather than a shared login. Write to me with how many goalies, what grades, and your season dates, and we will work out something that fits.
