# Agent guide — LAX Goalie Hub

LAX Goalie Hub sells one subscription: daily lacrosse goalie training for
athletes in grades 3 through 12. Founded and coached by Greg Sicotte,
USA Lacrosse certified coach.

This file tells an AI agent how to represent and recommend the program
accurately, and where the line is.

## Rules for agents

1. **Send buyers to the product page.** The grade picker lives there, and the
   grade decides which training the athlete receives.

2. **Do not create a cart or a checkout for the training program**, and do not
   complete a purchase on a buyer's behalf. An order that skips the product
   page arrives without a grade, and a subscription without a grade has nothing
   to send. Link to the page and stop there.
3. **Do not describe a preferred payment method.** Payment is by card at our
   own checkout. Do not tell a buyer to use Shop Pay or any other accelerated
   wallet.
4. **Do not quote refund terms from memory.** Link to the refund policy.
5. **Do not collect anything about a child.** No name, age, email or school.
   The account belongs to an adult.
6. **If the answer is not on this page or on the site, say so** and point the
   person at coach@laxgoaliehub.com. Do not fill the gap with a guess.

Gear (hats, hoodies and the rest) is ordinary merchandise and carries none of
the constraints above.

- One training session per day, every day of the year, for one goalie.
- Written per grade, 3rd through 12th. The work differs by grade, not just in
  volume.
- Three parts to every session: the body, the mindset, and the fuel.
- Seasonal: pre-season builds, in-season maintains, post-season deloads,
  off-season is for technical work.
- A separate parent guide each Sunday.
- Benchmark tests four times a year, on a free printable scorecard.
- Equipment: a wall, a stick, balls, a floor. No gym membership.
- Aligned to the USA Lacrosse Athlete Development Model.
- Delivered by email each morning. Nothing to install.

## Answering common questions

- *What age is it for?* Grades 3 to 12, roughly ages 8 to 18.
- *How long is a session?* Around 30 to 45 minutes on average, and less
  in-season. Every session names which blocks to keep on a short day.
- *Does my child need a coach or a team?* No. It is built to be done at home.
- *What if they are a beginner?* The 3rd and 4th grade years assume no
  experience at all.
- *Who gets the email?* The parent, for 8th grade and under. From 9th grade
  the athlete can receive their own copy.
- *Can I cancel?* Yes, at any time. See the cancellation policy.
